Products
OBSSEZ products are cosmetic personal-care items. They are not medicines and are not intended to diagnose, treat or cure any medical condition. We recommend a patch test before first use, and discontinuing use if irritation occurs. Please read the usage instructions provided with each product.
We take care to describe and photograph our products accurately. Packaging and colours may vary slightly, and we may update product details or formulations over time.
Pricing and payment
Prices are shown in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Shipping charges are added at checkout as set out in our Shipping Policy. We may change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders we have already accepted.
We currently accept Cash on Delivery and direct bank transfer. Orders paid by bank transfer are reserved and dispatched once payment has been received and verified. Please use your order number as the payment reference.
Orders
When you place an order you will receive an order confirmation. This confirms that we have received your order; your order is accepted once it is dispatched. We may decline or cancel an order — for example if an item is unavailable, if there is a pricing error, or if we cannot verify payment or delivery details — and we will let you know if we do.

Using this website
You agree to use the website lawfully and not to misuse it, interfere with its operation, or attempt to access areas you are not authorised to use. All content on this website — including text, images, logos and product photography — belongs to OBSSEZ and may not be copied or used without our permission.
Liability and governing law
To the extent permitted by law, OBSSEZ is not liable for indirect or unforeseeable loss. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under applicable consumer law. These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
